Summer Internship
617 Collective’s Summer Internship is designed for individuals who want real exposure to how companies are built, acquired, and scaled in the creator economy. This is not a traditional internship focused on observation or busywork interns are embedded directly into live projects across acquisitions, growth strategy, and market positioning.
You will work closely with the leadership team to help drive visibility, support dealflow, and contribute to the development of a next-generation platform in influencer marketing and talent management

Program Overview
The 617 Collective Summer Internship is a high-exposure, hands-on program designed for individuals interested in private equity, M&A, and the creator economy .Interns will work directly with the leadership team across live transactions, portfolio operations, and strategic initiatives. This is not a rotational or observational program—interns are expected to contribute meaningfully from day one.
What You’ll Work On
M&A & Deal Execution
Support live acquisitions (financial analysis, market research, target evaluation)
Assist in building investment memos and presentations
Portfolio Operations
Work with portfolio companies (e.g., Nominee, Zanahoria Azul) on growth initiatives
Analyze revenue, margins, and performance metrics
Fundraising & Strategy
Support investor materials (deck, data room, outreach strategy)
Conduct research on market trends in the creator economy
Special Projects
New market expansion (U.S., UK, LatAm)
Strategic partnerships and platform buildout
Who We’re Looking For
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in private equity, venture, or M&A
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
High ownership mindset—self-starter, low ego, high accountability
Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)

Role Overview
This is not a traditional marketing internship.
This role sits at the intersection of content, strategy, and deal sourcing. Your job is to help position 617 Collective as a top acquirer in the creator economy and support inbound dealflow.You will work directly with the leadership team and contribute to real initiatives tied to acquisitions, fundraising, and market positionin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Positioning (Core Focus)
Execute founder-led content strategy (LinkedIn + Twitter)
Turn internal insights, deals, and conversations into high-quality posts
Help shape 617 Collective’s narrative (anti-roll-up positioning, creator economy thesis)
2. Dealflow Support
Research and build lists of target agencies and founders
Track inbound opportunities and maintain CRM pipelines
Support outreach strategies to founders and partners
3. Market Intelligence
Analyze trends in influencer marketing, talent management, and agency M&A
Identify emerging players and acquisition targets
4. Platform Buildout
Improve website messaging and SEO
Support creation of case studies and acquisition announcements
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) and how content drives engagement and visibility
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, basic analytics)
Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) and ability to use them to scale content production effectively
Solid writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and positioning
High attention to detail and ability to execute consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Self-starter with high ownership and low need for supervision
Bonus:
Experience managing or growing social media accounts
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights)
